Email (eg order confirmation or contact request) will not reach me or land in spam

You may not have SPF or have an incorrect SPF setting on your domain and this may mean that you do not approve the Talex system to send mail to you.
You need to approve the Talex system's mail servers, as below, in your SPF record.

If you do not have SPF, you may need to add it to your domain, many recipients require a valid SPF to receive, otherwise email may end up as spam (or be deleted completely).

This is done either by yourself or with the help of those who manage your domain.
