Instructions on how to install customer chat with in your store.

1. Create an account on Smartsupp

2. Under Settings in the left menu, you select the location and how everything should look.

3. Embed the Chat code:
You copy it from Smartsupp and then paste that code in your store in
minad > "Settings & Design" > "Social Media" or "Reports"> google analytics etc.

4. Also check that Social Media is active in the box manager. The box manager can be found in
minad > "settings & design" > "Boxes in left column / footer".
If Social Media is to be active in the store, it must have the status green.
